Order Management System
24/7 access to your print orders
SHPS’ proprietary Order Management System (OMS) provides real-time access and information to clients. They can enter orders directly into the system for both print-on-demand or pre-printed pieces, view inventory details, and run and view reports. Capabilities also include status views and editing features. Because it’s web-based, clients have access to their information 24/7, regardless of location or time zone.
OMS links clients with their production processes ; inventory, stock pulls, kit assembly, addressing, shipping, and tracking are all supported by OMS and coordinated between SHPS and its clients. Costs, piece counts, and estimated delivery times are monitored through OMS, making status reporting and processing accurate and timely.
